Subject	Is there such thing as a way to jack one side of the car up?

Message	My question is because I want to be able to rotate my tires from front to back. So if I can lift on the side, like they do in racing, I can just swap the tires. I just don't want to bend the frame by doing so. I change my own oil so having a place do it when they change my oil is out of the question. Any suggestions besides taking it somewhere and paying to have it done?
